Creating a page
To create a new page, simply enter the new URL for the new page up in the URL box of your web browser. For example, to create a new page named "This is a New Page" enter http://www.msi-ciec.org/eduwiki/This_is_a_New_Page in the URL box at the top of your browser and press the enter key. The last part of the URL, "This_is_a_New_Page," will be used for the page title. Remember that capitalization counts, and underscores "_" need to be included for spaces. If the page already exits, your browser will display the page. If it does not exist, your browser will display a page with that title and state "(There is currently no text in this page)." Click on the "edit" tab to begin entering text for that page. Down at the bottom of the edit page will be three buttons to "Save page," "Show preview" or "Show changes." Your text will not be permanently entered on the page until your click on "Save page." You should use "Show Preview" to look at what you have done.
Next to the "Show changes" button is a link to Cancel what you have done, and one for help editing.
